Philips Lifeline CarePoint is deployed throughout a facility or campus by installing a PC-based Central Monitoring Station and a radio-frequency (RF) based, wireless network that creates building-wide and optional campus-wide communication. A wide array of wireless help devices, such as pull cords, help buttons, motion/activity sensors, and industry-best personal help button pendants and wrist transmitters communicate resident alerts and system maintenance notices through the wireless receivers to the central alarm station and integrated paging or wireless telephone system.
